The Session Law Firm’s transportation related activities have included the District of Columbia Streetcar Project, whose initiative is to create a streetcar system in the District of Columbia.

Mr. Session also currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Directors of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (“MWAA”), and formerly served as General Counsel for the Airport Minority Advisory Council. Moreover, having served as Chief Counsel for a Congressional Subcommittee with oversight of the airport/aviation industry for over 5 years, and subsequently as a lawyer in private practice representing airport interests, Mr. Session is highly experienced in airport/aviation policy, regulatory and business matters.
